About Me
Sovann Pen is a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals and couples in Portland, OR at A New Day Counseling Center.
He also is a health coach for Kaiser Permanente and helps members with healthy habits like healthy eating, physical activity, quitting tobacco, stress and pain management, and healthy sleep.
Prior to becoming a counselor and coach he was a research assistant, sleep technician, and health educator and has helped hundreds of people with sleep apnea and insomnia for the past 27 years.
He has served as an elder and small group leader.
He has been married 28 years and has three adult children.
He enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and babysitting his granddaughter.
