Our Story
Thrive & Cultivate was co-founded in 2020 by Kenny Jahng, who is dedicated to supporting nonprofits and churches in their mission to spread the message of Jesus. Born out of the challenges faced by pastors and leaders during the height of the pandemic, Thrive & Cultivate was created as a response to the growing need for mental health support, self-care resources, and trauma healing within the Christian community.

What began as a single summit has since evolved into a comprehensive portal designed to provide pastors and leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to better care for themselves, their teams, and their congregations. At Thrive & Cultivate, we believe that by destigmatizing conversations around mental health, self-care, and trauma healing, we can foster a more resilient and compassionate Christian community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower Christian leaders by providing them with access to a wide range of resources, including webinars, mental health first-aid training, a digital magazine, and a supportive community of like-minded individuals. We understand the unique challenges faced by those in ministry and are committed to walking alongside them on their journey towards greater well-being and resilience.
